Tim captures: Places we have been but not lived

Tim captures: Places we have been but not lived
Our first trip together was not a short journey; we ventured to India to explore its southern and central regions, including GOA, Varinassi and the blue city (Jodhpur), which is in the background from atop the Mehrangarh Fort. It was an amazing trip and my first experience with nearly melting.
We lucked out with three weeks of great weather in Ireland, which included a self-guided bike tour, and highlights such as the Burrens (above with guide Jim); the Isle of Inishmore, the Cliffs of Moher, and, of course, all things Guinness. Shout out to the Zetland Country House Hotel.
One of our favourite things about travel is savouring the locals fare. We found the seafood in Ireland of exceptional quality.
Canada, of course, has its own travel gems, including the Maritimes. We spent a number of weeks touring Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia in 2017 and fell in love with its beauty, simplicity and pace.
Nova Scotia's Peggy's Cove.
Waterton National Park in southern Alberta (above) was our first major motorcycle trip.
We love oceans and mountains, and have been fortunate to be surrounded by both for the last six years. A trip to Yosemite National Park (background) in California had special meaning to me because I'm a huge fan of Ansel Adams, especially his famous Moon and Half Dome black and white photograph.

My Half Dome image lol
On the topic of parks, a highlight of our trip to the Yukon was renting a pilot to fly us over Tombstone Territorial Park. It was epic, but I almost lost my lunch due to the turbulence.
